The Washington Wizards announced that point guard John Wall will return from his knee injury Saturday against the Charlotte Hornets.
Wall underwent surgery on his left knee in January and last played on January 25. The All-Star will not be on a minutes restriction, according to coach Scott Brooks.
Before having the knee procedure, Wall was averaging 19.4 points, 3.6 rebounds and 9.3 assists while shooting 41.7 percent from the field and 35.8 percent from three.
In Wall’s absence, the Wizards went 12-7. They currently sit in the sixth spot in the Eastern Conference playoff standings with a record of 41-34.
