The municipality of Masalaves has invested 6,405 euros to build a dog park in Camí de la Veritat. As detailed yesterday by the House of Representatives, it concerns installations on fully fenced municipal grounds that have an “agility” circuit with high jump rod, swing, bulkhead, steel tunnel and step slalom between poles, such as plus an informational poster With rules of use and a basket dispenser for litter bags.
For the works, conditioning, excavation and foundation works were carried out to secure all elements to the ground, as well as the installation of a door to ensure the safety of pets while in use. Likewise, picnic tables are planned to be added in the coming months to achieve a more pleasant environment. “This business responds to the requests of our neighbors who have asked for a place to entertain their dogs. “It’s a way to take advantage of municipal property with a small investment, and turn the Masalaves into, if possible, animal-friendly,” said Mayor Puri Nogueira.
