Chelsea beat Lille again and saw their ticket to the Champions League quarter-finals

Chelsea turned the score around 1-2 against Lille in France in the UEFA Champions League Round of 16, a result which saw the English side advance to the quarter-finals 1-4 on aggregate.

In the 38th minute, England managed to open the box from the penalty mark after a handball by Jorginho was reviewed by the VAR. Turkish Burak Yilmaz did not retreat from a height of eleven meters and unleashed the noise in the stands of Pierre Muroy Stadium.

At the end of the first half, in an injury suspension, Jorginho made a superb cross for Christian Pulisic to cross right-footed goalkeeper Leo Jardim.

Thomas Tuchel’s men ended the match with the second goal of the Spaniard Cesar Azpilicueta in the 71st minute.
