Citizens can send their suggestions for the regional health law until January 30
This consultation is included in Official Law No. 11/2012 on Transparency and Open Government, which recognizes transparency and open government. The right of citizens to participate in the development of public provisions by sending suggestions. In this way, before preparing the draft law or the preliminary draft of the law, a public consultation is conducted via the electronic portal of the relevant department.

To this end, the Ministry of Health has prepared a document, which already exists It is published on the Transparency and Open Government portal of the Government of Navarre, which includes the problems that the Immediate Health Act aims to solve; the need and opportunity for approval; Objectives of the standard; and possible alternative regulatory and non-regulatory solutions.
The most representative persons, entities and organizations that may be affected by this future regional law will be the ones who will be able to send their opinions on the above-mentioned aspects included in the document published on the Transparency Portal.
For the Ministry of Health, it is necessary to move forward with the approval of the new Regional Health Code that “provides the necessary tools to guide the public health system of Navarra to meet new challenges and allow it to take advantage of new opportunities.”
