Cuban Telecom, ETECSA As for its short, it has announced a new international recharge that, in addition, comes with a bonus for customers who do so.
Through a post they left on Monday on their official Facebook page, the telecom monopoly clarified the new recharge terms that can be done from anywhere in the world:
Next week: International Recharge Show. August 23-28: “Win a 1250 CUP bonus if you receive a recharge between 500 and 1250 CUP. The voucher will be valid for 30 days from receipt of the recharge.”
An entity that claims to have a “mission” to meet the needs of our customers and society in general, and to provide communication services that contribute to raising the quality of life for Cubans, with a high social responsibility based on computing and developing the country.
So much so that they had to offer explanations once the ad was shared and unleashed questions from dissatisfied customers:
User Yeslis D Alfonso Pérez said: “They took GB, why so much money if they don’t have GB”, to which the company replied:
“Good morning. Yes, on this international recharge, you will get an additional bonus of 1250.00 CUP. This bonus will be valid for 30 days, calculated from the receipt of the recharge. Greetings.”
The controversy did not end there:
Maeline Casaniola refuted, “With the coupon, you can’t buy megabytes, which is a huge drawback for me for this service,” but Monopoly ended the discussion.
