Oaxaca de Juarez, Oaxaca. – “Oaxaca is a country with everything, gastronomy, art, music, mezcal and, above all, culture, for which our state has been recognized on many occasions; for this reason, a great infrastructure is needed to house all the magic that represents Oaxaca and its eight regions. And in the management of my husband, Governor Alejandro Murat, we started the creation of the “Alvaro Carrillo” Cultural Center. said Yvette Moran de Murat.

This cultural complex will contain more than 10,000 square meters and, therefore, include two cinemas with a capacity of 120 to 150 participants, two high-rise show rooms with the possibility of becoming four, as well as a theater complex with a capacity of 800 to 1087 attendees, which can be used as a stage hall and as a theater; It will also have a workshop area, commercial area, museum shop, cafeteria and car park.

“With this cultural complex, Oaxaca will position itself more as a tourist destination with it all; thanks to the work of Governor Alejandro Murad Hinojosa, national and foreign tourists, as well as Oaxacan families, will be able to enjoy a first-class cultural complex, at the height of the best of the country, where they will be able to enjoy artistic and cultural exhibitions and are suitable for tourism promotion”, stated Javier Lazcano Vargas, Secretary of Infrastructures and Sustainable Regional Planning (Sinfra) in the state of Oaxaca.
