The heads of foreign affairs were summoned to the ministry on Friday, where they protested against the registered participation of diplomats from the embassies of the Kingdom of Sweden and the Republic of Poland in St. Petersburg and the embassy of the Federal Republic of Russia.

Russia has said the alleged involvement of diplomats in the Navalny protests is “unacceptable” and does not correspond to their diplomatic status. The Russian Foreign Ministry said diplomats “involved in illegal activities were declared non-personalities and ordered to leave the country.”
