Two FBI agents were killed and three were injured in what became known as the Florida incident

(CNN) – Two FBI agents were killed and three others were injured while on warrant in Sunrise, Florida, the FBI said in a statement. The suspect was also killed in the incident. The report said the suspect was wanted in connection with violent crimes against children.

The report said two of the injured officers were taken to hospital in a stable condition. The condition of the injured third agent is not clear.

FBI Director Christopher Vare released a statement identifying two agents who died on Mars this morning in Sunrise, Florida.

“Unfortunately, the FBI lost two of us today. Special Agent Daniel Albin and Special Agent Laura Schwarzenegger were shot dead on duty this morning while executing a search warrant ordered by a federal court on crimes against children in Sunrise, Florida,” Wray said in the notice.

“The other three agents were shot; two consecutive injuries require hospital care, but both are now in stable condition. The injured third agent does not need hospital admission,” he said.
