    An intruder who broke into the home of a Peruvian ambassador in Washington, D.C., told Metropolitan Police Chief Robert Conte III this Wednesday that he had died as a result of gunfire from agents who went to the scene.

    “The ambassador, his family, the apartment staff and the secret service agents are safe – the text continues – and the truth is being investigated by competent authorities”.
