Bucks’ Antetokounmpo looking for revenge on Knicks’ Hezonja over dunk

Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo decided against an invitation to work out with LeBron James and Carmelo Anthony in the offseason.

Much like when Rocky went to Russia to take on Ivan Drago on Christmas Day back in 1988, there’s another battle that you might want to get ready for on Christmas 2018 — Giannis Antetokounmpo against Mario Hezonja.

While these two ballers won’t be putting on boxing gloves, the two might just go nose-to-nose on Dec. 25, this after a wild scene on Saturday night during the Knicks’ 136-134 overtime victory over the Bucks.

In the overtime, Hezonja laid down a vicious dunk on Antetokounmpo, and while that wasn’t enough, he then (yes, on purpose), stepped over Antetokounmpo’s legs as he headed back down to the other end.

Message sent.

After the game, Antetokounmpo was not shy in saying he was ticked off by the play, “Oh, yeah,” and then he even went on to say that he would punch Hezonja where it counts next time.

Antetokounmpo did his best to try and get the Bucks to the overtime win, going off for 33 points and 19 rebounds, and in that OT you could clearly see his disdain for Hezonja, as he went off for his own dunk of his own and screamed as he rolled past Knicks forward Noah Vonleh.

The Bucks return to the Garden for a Christmas showdown, and you can bet that it’s just the juicy type of feud that the NBA will highlight on the day Santa comes to town.
