The Los Angeles Clippers have waived guards Sindarius Thornwell and Tyrone Wallace, according to the NBA’s transactions tracker.
Thornwell appeared in 64 games last season, his second in the NBA, but wasn’t afford much time. His salary of $1.6 million was to become guaranteed July 20.
The Clippers drafted Thornwell in the second round (No. 48 overall) of the 2017 draft.
Meanwhile, Wallace appeared in 62 games last season, averaging 3.5 points.
He was on a non-guaranteed minimum-salary contract that would have become partially guaranteed for $300,000 in September. His contract would have become fully guaranteed in January.
