The Los Angeles Clippers’ busy offseason continues, as the team has acquired sharpshooter Danilo Gallinari via a three-team sign-and-trade, according to a report by the Vertical.

The Atlanta Hawks and Denver Nuggets were the other two teams involved, per The Vertical.

Gallinari met with the Clippers yesterday and was sold on the idea of forming a lethal frontcourt consisting of him, Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan.

The Clippers traded away Chris Paul and re-signed Griffin earlier in free agency, setting the course for their new direction without Paul at the controls and Griffin as the featured guy.

With the addition of Gallinari, LA is getting one of the best big man floor-spacers in the game.

The 6-foot-10 stretch forward averaged 18.2 points per game last season with the Nuggets, shooting 44.7 percent from the field and 38.9 percent from three.

As for Jamal Crawford, he and the Hawks are widely expected to reach a buyout.

ESPN is reporting that Crawford wants to play with Lonzo Ball and the Los Angeles Lakers if and when he gets on the open market.
