Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Derrick Rose will miss his second straight game Saturday with a sore ankle.
The Cavs (5-7) visit the Dallas Mavericks (2-10). Tipoff is 8:30 p.m. EST.
Rose also sat out Thursday’s loss against the Houston Rockets. Overall, he has missed five games with the ankle issue.
When healthy, Rose has been starting and scoring 14.3 points per game. But the former NBA MVP has drawn some criticism recently, as his turnovers (19) outweigh his assists (12).
