The Los Angeles Clippers have waived small forward LaDontae Henton, the team announced Tuesday.
Henton, 25, went undrafted by the NBA when he came out of Providence in 2015, then spent a year playing for Spanish club Seville.
He was selected with the No. 10 overall pick by the Santa Cruz Warriors in the 2016 G League Draft.
Per Hoops Rumors: “Henton will become an unrestricted free agent later this week if and when he clears waivers, and there’s a good chance he ultimately ends up with the Agua Caliente Clippers of Ontario, LA’s G League affiliate.”
