Teague signs 10-day contract with Grizzlies

G-League standout Marquis Teague has landed a 10-day deal with the Grizzlies.

The Memphis Grizzlies have signed guard Marquis Teague to a 10-day contract, the team announced on its website.

Teague is a 6-foot-2 point guard and was drafted by the Chicago Bulls with the No. 29 overall pick in 2012.

He has spent all of this season with the Memphis Hustle of the G-League, averaging 17.6 points and 6.1 assists. Teague is shooting 46 percent from the floor in the G League, including a sizzling 43 percent on 3-pointers.

He is replacing guard Briante Weber, who signed a 10-day deal on March 14.
