Denver Nuggets power forward Paul Millsap has been out since November 21 after undergoing surgery on his left wrist but could be on track to return next month.
Millsap suffered a torn ligament in his wrist against the Los Angeles Lakers and was expected to miss three-to-four months. Nuggets head coach Michael Malone, while speaking to reporters after practice Wednesday, says the team is hopeful Millsap will be back in early-to-mid March.

Millsap signed a three-year, $90 million free agent deal with the Nuggets this past offseason and is averaging 15.3 points and 6.2 rebounds while shooting 44.6 percent from the field and 34.5 percent from three in the 16 games he played in before going down.
The Nuggets enter Wednesday with a record of 29-25, sitting at the sixth spot in the Western Conference standings.
