Sixers’ pitch for LeBron will include still chasing Kawhi

Kawhi Leonard will be an unrestricted free-agent in 2019.

When the Philadelphia 76ers’ contingent meets with LeBron James’ agent, Rich Paul, today in Los Angeles, one of the big selling points those taking part will pitch will involve Kawhi Leonard, according to a report.

Marc Stein of The New York Times reports Philadelphia believes it is still in the Leonard sweepstakes.

Leonard, the disgruntled superstar of the San Antonio Spurs, has one more season left on his contract and has reportedly told the Spurs he wants out and prefers to be traded to Los Angeles.
