Wiggins’ camp received the offer from the Wolves in August, but Wiggins parted ways with his agency, delaying the signing process.
Wiggins, 22, averaged 23.6 points per game last season while shooting 45.2 percent from the field.
Paired with newcomer Jimmy Butler and budding superstar Karl-Anthony Towns, Wiggins looks to lead the Wolves to the playoffs in a rugged Western Conference.
