Centro Criollo de Ciencia y Tecnología del Caribe invites you to celebrate International Astronomy Day – Telemundo Puerto Rico
The Centro Criollo de Ciencia y Tecnología del Caribe (C3Tec) invites you to celebrate International Astronomy Day, May 15th, through a series of efforts aimed at continuing education on space science and technology and astronomy. Visitors will have the opportunity to visit the titled traveling exhibition The sun, the earth and the universe From the Science and Visitor Center of the Angel Ramos Foundation at the Arecibo Observatory (OA) and recently moved to C3Tec and receive interactive educational talks.
“We continue our commitment to education and continue to expand expertise at the center. On this occasion, people who visit us will be able to enter the world of planetary sciences with subject matter experts and enjoy an educational and fun day with their families.”Tasha Endara, CEO of C3Tec said.
The event took place on Wednesday at noon.
The sun, the earth and the universe It is an exhibition consisting of interactive panels and tables through which the audience can learn about the universe, our solar system, the sun, and the Earth, and how we study them. In the interactive tables, the audience will have the opportunity to create their own satellite to study the universe. Additionally, interactive conversations will be presented with illustrative and dynamic materials for children and families. The tour starts at 1:30 pm, and the following schedules will be available as integration materials:
