They added that “the rewards will be valid for 30 days, calculated from the date of receiving the international shipment.”

This promotion consists of every prepaid customer who receives international recharge in that period – equal to or greater than 500.00 CUP and up to 1250.00 CUP – will receive additional bonuses 1GB + 50 MIN + 50 SMS. This bonus will be valid for 30 days, calculated from the date the recharge is received.

After the announcement of this announcement, Monopoly had to respond to a client who asserted that he must create conditions so that he could recharge himself on the island, because Cubans abroad no longer wanted it.

The user, nicknamed Rojas, wrote, “There must be a page where a Cuban with his card can recharge himself because people abroad do not want to recharge,” and Monopoly replied:

“Good morning, you can go to our offices at MLC and recharge, regards.”

But that wasn’t enough, and other netizens wanted to know why this payment should be made at MLC, and the company replied: “This is a promotional offer for international recharge.”
