James Harden continues to extend the rope with the Philadelphia 76ers management, and according to sources close to journalist Adrian Wojnarowski, he did not show up for training today, Thursday either.

“The Beard” is obsessed with leaving Philadelphia after feeling cheated by Daryl Morey when he supposedly didn’t offer him the contract renewal they agreed to. The goalkeeper has previously said, both positively and negatively, that he will not play for his team, and that he wants to move to the Los Angeles Clippers.

Despite his wishes, the agreement between the Sixers and Clippers is far from finalized, as Morey would in the process ask for Terrence Mann and three future first-round draft picks, which Angelenos refuse to do and just want to send players of their own “stuffed.”

Morey was so insulted by Lawrence Frank’s offer that he joked that they should at least offer Paul George in the trade, since they’re asking for the arrival of a star like Harden for practically nothing.

We don’t know whether or not an agreement will finally be reached before the start of the regular season, but what we do know is that Harden will never wear a Sixers jersey again. He did not attend the media day. He’s barely trained once with the team in the last 15 days, and meanwhile rumors say he’s enjoying Houston’s nightlife.
