Following an appeal hearing today against Jerome Carber for violating Rule 54, the accused was charged on social media for revealing himself after Judge Mariela Miranda’s decision.

Marilis Perez, who was identified on the social networking site Facebook, alleged that she was removed from the room before releasing the affidavit.

As announced Spokesperson, The judge gave no reason against Carber, a former contractor and former deputy chairman of the governing body of the Electricity Authority.

Violent acts against women are said to have been repeated several times in the last two years.
