The Milwaukee Bucks have waived guard Brandon Jennings, according to Shams Charania of Yahoo Sports.
Today was the guarantee date on Jennings’ $2.2 million contract for 2018-19.

Jennings returned to the Bucks for the stretch run this past season. He played in 14 games during the regular season and averaged 5.2 points, 2.2 rebounds and 3.1 assists, shooting 37.5 percent from the field and 27.3 percent from three.
The 28-year-old has career averages of 14.1 points, 3.0 rebounds and 5.7 assists in 555 NBA games with the Bucks, Detroit Pistons, Orlando Magic, New York Knicks and Washington Wizards.
The Bucks signed Pat Connaughton to a two-year deal. In 82 games with the Portland Trail Blazers, Connaughton averaged 5.4 points, 2.0 rebounds and 1.1 assists while shooting 42.3 percent from the field and 35.2 percent from three.
