Free-agent forward Troy Williams has agreed to a 10-day contract with the New York Knicks, according to a report from Michael Scotto of The Athletic.
Williams, 23, was waived by the Houston Rockets last week.
The former Indiana University standout is in his second year and appeared in four games with the Rockets this season. He played a combined 30 games last year with the Rockets and Memphis Grizzlies.
Williams reportedly had several suitors before choosing the Knicks.
The Rockets waived him to make room for veteran swingman Joe Johnson.
