Denver Nuggets big man Nikola Jokic will play Friday night against the New Orleans Pelicans after missing the previous seven games due to a left ankle sprain.
Jokic suffered the injury Nov. 30 versus the Chicago Bulls.

Jokic, 22, is averaging 15.5 points, 10.6 rebounds and 4.6 assists while shooting 51.1 percent from the floor and 40.6 percent from three on the season.
The Nuggets enter tonight with a record of 15-13.
