According to the information published by Daily menuThe court, presided over by Giselle Mendez, Tania Yunes and Giselle Naranjo, declared Moya Boada innocent, considering that the Public Ministry had not provided sufficient evidence to justify the request for a 10-year prison sentence.
The court considered that the accused was a doctor who graduated in Venezuela, according to the testimony presented to the public session.
Immediately, the litigating prosecution announced that it would appeal the court’s decision due to its dissatisfaction with it.
In early June, the Ministry of Public Health suspended the complaint against Moya Boada, in order to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the illegal practice of the fake “cosmetologist”.
