INEDEC Coahuila requests a premium ‘pet friendly space’

The Coahuila Sports Institute (INEDEC) has applied to the State Secretariat for the Environment (SMA) for a “pet-friendly place” award.

Alina Garza Herrera, Director General of INEDEC, stated that thanks to the close coordination that we have with Eglantina Canales Gutiérrez, Minister of the Environment, this initiative has arisen.

He stated that it is in the interest of INEDEC that “El Paraíso” eco-parks in La Aurora, and Venustiano Carranza, south of Saltillo, run by this institute, have this distinct advantage.

Likewise, he thanked the work carried out jointly with SMA in gardens managed by INEDEC, and reaffirmed his commitment to support projects related to green space preservation that help improve our environment for the benefit of Coahuilenses. Families.

Once this application is submitted, the Minister of the Environment and / or the Coahuila State Environmental Protection Advocate will conduct a verification visit where they will meet with the Vigilance Committee to tour the said parks and train a committee on the scope and obligations of accreditation.
